CC, Fair use & Royalty Free

Creative Commons-Creative Commons (CC) is what someone makes a piece of something whether it's art or a sound effect or music. They then put it on to the internet for anyone to use and not have to worry about getting a law suit or being told they need to take the whatever it was the person used their project.

Fair Use-Fair use in copyright or copyrighted which can be used so that the copyright can be considered an illegal infringement. It can also be used without the copyright owners permission as long as it is use sensible.

Royalty Free-Royalty free is when you can use a copyright material without having to pay anything whether its for  a video or the sale of a project with the music in the project.
