Board game production research statement

With game boards they are usually aimed at young children's, families, elderly and  others, but I think the 1900's that they were more based on families and young children. These's day their are all types of games with aimed for everyone but usually the old fashion type games are still, i think aimed at families.

The game board I am re-making is the snakes and ladder games which is an board game originally from India, which by years and different counties the styles changed. This game is aimed at families to play altogether whereas with my board, you got to at least 18 or over (depending the drinking age in different counties) to pay this game so not really for a family unless their all grown up's but for parities or christmas or just having a night in with some friends.

My audience that I am aiming at or I feel would like this games are

18 and over (drinking age around the countries)
Females (maybe some males)
Feeling like people who enjoys making drink/shots so I think maybe bartenders and people who likes drinking or who like watching bartender shows, like Tipsy Bartender.

Making the board game I wanted it to be colourful then the snakes and ladder board because with cocktails they are a variety of colours with cocktails and shots so that why. I changed both the snakes and ladders to straws and shakers because they are more related to cocktail. So ladders are straws and snakes are the cocktail shake with the liquid and martini glass.

I also gave it a twist by adding questions as well as a dice, making it more fun for people.
