My research 2, 4

I had to do a lot of research for my FMP, most for the book.

Story

Signs of possession- This is one that I was originally thought I would need but when it came to writing the chapter I ended up not needing it since instead of dragging it out the possession I did so that she get possessed there and then no sign or anything.

Different exorcism-Because I only know two types of exorcism the catholic way and one involving a glass goblet. For what I'm doing is a little bit different and I wanted to see if there is any exorcism similar to what I'm writing about. I also found different religious exorcism but I think I'll stick to the catholic exorcism.

Demon names- Because at first I didn't even think about looking for a demon name but when performing an exorcism when the demon reveals his name it can then be used against him in casting it out. Finding a name was hard because each one has an image of a demon with an animal part or it's a general in hell, so it was hard cause I just wanted a simple demon's name which I finally found.

Furniture (sofa and chairs)- This wasn't really important I just wanted to be able to describe what kind of sofa and chair so I just went on google, looked up sofa and chair shop's that have a website then just went thought until I have the one I wanted.

Book

Book printers- Finding a book printing website was very important because I want to get my work printed into an actual book and so I went on google and looked up Book printing Uk and looked. I did find one that looked good, had good reviews and gave you quote. Steve also showed me another website with is also good because it will cost a bit less to get print so I might use that one I'm thinking.

Props

For the trailer there is a demon wearing a mask so for research I need to look up paper mache for the horns. I went on youtube and found some videos on how to make them. I went for the easies one and I think what i did came out good, they could have been better I think. Another was the voodoo doll I looked up videos on to how to make them yourself but it looked a bit tricky so I ended up buying a plain doll and turning it into a voodoo doll.

Book trailer

For the trailer there are going to be different shot angles for the trailer so what i need to do is look back at my blogger to find past lesson on camera shot angles plus look on the internet to find angles that we may have not learn yet.

Music and sound effects-Because it a silent tailer it needs to have music, what I want is for the music to sound creepy, relating it to the book. For the sound effect I hope that it will make someone who's watching it jump plus to the part i want to be on i think we'll go really well with.

I will admit that describing he sound I wanted was hard because i couldn't think how rto put it into works, lucky i was able to find a sound a effect, a bit different from what I was going for but i think it will go well with it.

Added effect- one of the shots i did two separate glide shots like a cross and what i want to do is combined them together so that it look like a cross, I hope it looks good. I think it will also give my trailer that ghostly effect.

Last research is to get feedback from the trailer and that I will be making a questionnaire sheet with the trailer and asking people if they would watch it or not and give there reasons why and what I could have done better.
